Produced from coralline algae grown for 120 days until reaching its peak level in seaweed gel. Colors can be green, yellow, ivory, red, or pink. Algae has a unique smell, with natural salt. It is not moldy and safe to consume.

Shelf Life: 1 year (unopened).
Storage: Keep in a cool dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
Wash clean and soak in water for 4-8 hours. Cook expanded algae in any of the following recipes:
[Simple Cold Dish] Cut soaked algae into small strips and add salad dressing, bean paste sauce, wasabi sauce, or satay sauce.
[Signature Cold Dish] Cut soaked algae into small strips and add shredded carrots, cucumbers, and seasonings including chili pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt.
[Sweet Soup] Cook soaked algae in boiled water and add honey, various fruits, white fungus, or tapioca, dried longan, red dates.
