Hints in picking mushrooms: Users fingers to press on the mushroom's cap; the firm and bouncy ones are better ones; under the mushroom cap, it should be in either light yellow or golden yellow color, if it has turned brown or white, it meant the quality has deteriated; when you smell mushrooms, they hould have light aroma, if not, the quality may have been deteriated.
