[Rice Noodle]: Brown rice (grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizes), water.

[Seasoning Powder Packet]: Salt, shiitake extract, white pepper powder, coriander, maltodextrin, yeast powder.

[Seasoning Oil Packet]: Soy sauce (black bean, salt, sugar, licorice, non-GMO soy bean), maltose, soy oil, palm oil, mirin (glutinous rice, rice koji fructose, water, vinegar, salt), sugar, salt, non-GMO soy protein, yeast powder, Vitamin E (antioxidant).

[Dehydrated Vegetable Packet]: Cabbage, carrot, mushroom.

Shelf Life: 8 months (unopened).

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.


1. Place brown rice noodle and seasoning in a bowl, then pour 450c.c. of boiling water over it.

2. Cover bowl and let sit for 4~5 minutes then serve.
