 This product is brewed from brown rice by fermenting in large earthen jar, without any additional vinegar.

Ingredients:Water, Brown Rice (100% from Chen-Jiah-Juang’s own farm, grown without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides).

Shelf Life:3 years (unopened)
Acidity:Above  4.2%

Direction of Use:
1.Dilute 10 times with water for cold or warm drink.
2.Use as the base vinegar for making infused vinegars.
3.Use for cooking.

This product is made from natural ingredients, therefore the sediments occur and the vinegar’s color will darken naturally. Please feel relieved to consume.
