 Product Expiration Date

Since Heartlandshops.com only offers high quality products with little to no additives, the expiration date is relatively shorter. There is a minimum 30 day expiration date of the products that we ship. If 30 days is insufficient, it is recommended to purchase items in store only.

 Shipping Basics

Once you complete the checkout, our system will email you a copy of your order. Your order will be completed after payment is confirmed and received. We will take 3-5 days to prepare your order. Most purchases in the US are shipped from our distribution center by Fedex to arrive in your home within 7-14 business days of placing your order.

 Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping on order over $100 for most items, however shipping fee is subject to change under special circumstances. Additional expedited delivery options are available upon requests. We currently do not provide online shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.

 Track Your Order

When ship your order, we will send out an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated time for delivery.

 Return Policy

Upon arrival, please check your shipment. If there is any error in the shipment or if there are any damages, please immediately contact us at service@heartlandshops.com or call 408-245-2228.

Within 7 days of receiving your shipment (including holidays and weekends), we will provide online store credit for damaged products or erroneous shipments. After the 7 day period, the shipment is considered checked and complete. Exchange or store credit will no longer be available.

For products that are different from the web description, compromised product quality, damaged during shipment, as long as the request is reasonable, we will try our best to accommodate.

 Changes to completed order will not be accepted

Due to the order handling process, if you would like to add on more products after completing the order, it is recommended that you place an new order or purchase it next time; If there is a product to be cancelled, the cancellation would not be accepted, or we will deduct 2.6%+30cent service fee.

*During Covid-19 pandemic, online purchases are not accepted for exchange and return to ensure everyone's health and safety.
