Once you complete the checkout, our system will email you a copy of your order. Your order will be complete after payment is confirmed and received.
When shipping your order, we will send out an email confirmation with tracking information and an estimated time for delivery.

We accept PayPal and credit cards via PayPal’s secure billing system at checkout. While using credit card via PayPal’s billing system, you do not need to create an account at PayPal. All credit card information will be protected with PayPal’s secure system. Our company will not process or receive any personal information.

<Credit Card via PayPal’s secure platform>
You can use Visa, Master, American Express, and Discover to make payments via PayPal’s secure platform. At the Checkout page, please select to pay by “Pay with a debit card or credit card, or PayPal Credit”. Our system will connect to PayPal. There will be no need to create a PayPal account. Just follow the steps to enter your credit card information. Then click “Submit” to complete your payment.
<Pay at Store>
Some of the products are available at our Heartland stores. Since our stores have different business operations, hours, and products, please pay us a visit to learn about our selection. You may call us before you make a trip to the store.
Sign in to the Heartland’s website member area, and use “check order” to get your order status. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number. You may also call (408) 245-2228 directly.
Upon arrival, please check your shipment . If there is any error in the shipment or if there are any damages, please immediately contact us at email@example.com or call 408-245-2228.
Within 7 days of receiving your shipment (including holidays and weekends), we will provide online store credit for damaged products or erroneous shipments. After the 7 day period, the shipment is considered checked and complete. Exchange or store credit will no longer be available.
Exchange and return policy: for products that are different from the web description, compromised product quality, damaged during shipment, as long as the request is reasonable, we will try our best to accommodate.
